AMENDMENT TO MASTER VENDOR AGREEMENT
GREAT CANADIAN CHEESE FESTIVAL
This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made pursuant to and forms part of the Master Vendor Agreement (“Master Agreement”) between Prince Edward County Markets Inc. (PECMI) (“Organizer”) and the undersigned Vendor.
This Amendment applies exclusively to the Great Canadian Cheese Festival (“Event”) and supersedes any conflicting provisions within the Master Agreement solely for the duration and scope of this Event.

Booth Operation Requirements
To maintain a vibrant and consistent marketplace environment, Vendors agree to operate their booth for the full duration of the Event:
- Saturday, June 13: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, June 14: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Failure to remain open and staffed during these hours may result in penalties as outlined in the Master Agreement.

Vendors must adhere to the setup and teardown schedule as directed by PECMI. Early teardown is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by PECMI in writing.
Vendor booth spaces will be clearly marked to define the Market Area, ensuring a safe and organized environment for all participants.
A Vendor Call will be scheduled prior to the Event to review logistics, procedures, and expectations. Attendance by the Vendor or a designated representative is strongly encouraged. Invitations will be issued via email.
3. Vendor Insurance Requirements
All Vendors must carry appropriate insurance coverage for participation in the Event. Vendors are required to name Prince Edward County Markets Inc. (PEC Markets) and The Corporation of the City of Peterborough as Additional Insured on their policy.

4. Health & Safety Compliance ⚕️
4.1 General Compliance
All Vendors must comply with applicable public health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as any directives issued by PECMI, the venue, or local authorities.
4.2 Food Vendors
Vendors preparing, sampling, or selling food—whether onsite or offsite—must ensure all required documentation is current, accurate, and submitted in accordance with regulatory timelines.
This includes, but is not limited to, the mandatory Public Health Notification Form.
PECMI reserves the right to request proof of compliance at any time. Please ensure you have all your paperwork on hand during festival operation.
5. Incorporation Into Master Agreement 📘
Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Master Vendor Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Important: All vendors are governed by the PECMI Master Vendor Agreement. This covers our general rules on insurance, conduct, and cancellations. In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Master Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall govern solely with respect to the Great Canadian Cheese Festival.
