The energy at the Ontario Cheese Festival this past October was nothing short of electric. As the festival returned to Elora and Guelph, the aisles were filled with the “who’s who” of Ontario’s artisanal cheese and craft food scene. For us at Prince Edward County Inc. (PEC), seeing the bustling crowds and the high level of engagement from both vendors and attendees was a defining moment of the 2025 season. It was a spectacular showcase of local talent and a clear indicator of the growing passion for curated culinary experiences in our region.
